Tani Baten
Tani Baten is an Internationally certified yoga teacher registered from yoga Alliance USA. She is eligible to teach people of all ages.
She completed her teachers’ training course 700 hours from Vietnam. She learned Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Breathing Exercise, Meditation also Shatkriyas. ( purification of the body)
She has also completed a Yoga Therapy Diploma from Swami Vivekananda University India.
During the corona pandemic, she took classes of more than 200 students from various countries online.
She did yoga events in Bangladesh with renowned companies like Pran RFL, Meghna Bank, and so on.
She has 5 years of teaching experience and now she is taking classes at aamra Active Limited.

Rumana Akter
Rumana is a passionate and dedicated teacher whose classes are a safe space to explore your inward journey, to discover your unique potential. Her mission is to inspire you to be the best.
She is a 500 hours registered Yoga Alliance certified and Level Kundalini Yoga teacher certified by KRI. She has been practicing Yoga for more than 12 years and professionally teaching beginners, Vinyasa flow, and Prenatal Yoga for 7 years.
She has attended a Face Yoga and Guasha technique workshop by Uma Ghosh. She was a former teacher of American Club and Samadi. At present, she is a Yoga Teacher at aamraActive LTD. Very recently she joined Grameen Phone to teach their Corporate Yoga Session.

Tani is a wonderful yoga instructor, I have been doing her classes, since the past two monthes and it had an great effect on my health and wieight. Each session she knew what my body needed and guided me to do better each time. She is a very talented Yoga teacher in aamra Active. I highly and truly recoomend aamra Active.
